Angela Zhang, a Taiwanese popular singer and actress finally released her new album after break for 2 years. Her new album “The 5th season” will follow her latest album in December 2007 “Ang 5.0“. Angela, who famous for her latest drama “Romantic Princess” had taken a long absence due to her heart condition.

This new anticipated album including Angela new looks and new singing styles, and contains her duet with Harlem Yu for the theme song of Zhang Ziyi’s comedy Sophie’s Revenge.

Angela Zhang will release her new single “Dandelion” (or Pu Gong Ying) on January 2009. Actually the name Dandelion will remind us with Jay Chou romantic song “Dandelion Promise” (or Pu Gong Ying De Yue Ding). Hmm why there are so many songs titled with Dandelion? I think it is just a herbal or plant name.

This song is really representating Angela voice and character. The idea of this song is a hope for love to last forever like dandelion.

Taiwan singer Angela Chang was in Beijing to promote her fifth album “Ang 5.0,” on December 17.

The pop songstress introduced the concept behind her new album at a press conference, and announced that she hopes to soon meet Mr. Right.

Chang’s fellow musicians Tanya Chua, Fan Fan, and Jay Chou were invited to collaborate on “Ang 5.0.”
